Orders Shipping

Economy Shipping: 1-5 business days after an order is placed.
Most orders leave our studio 1-5 business day after an order is placed. However, we sometimes pour candles to order—these orders will leave a bit later. We ship most orders via USPS—some larger packages ship via UPS or FedEx. Orders shipped via USPS arrive within 1-5 business days and orders shipped via UPS/FedEx arrive within 1-5 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!*
*Excludes custom and bulk orders which take up to 10 business days to produce.
International Shipping

We send most international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at J Company Hand Crafted have no control over these circumstances.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure sure these things:
The product was purchased in the last 15 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product is not used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
When your return is approved you will be provided with a return label. Once the products have been delivered to us your refund will be processed.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product please notify us within 72hours for assistance. Please include photos of the damage or issues with your product to help us with your claim.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded
